Civil Works Option.
To fabricate mild steel galvanized shuttering to form the lift recess, to manufacture brake tester sump, free issue frame and deliver to site. To mark out, saw cut, break out and excavate to form the lift recess and brake tester sump. Dispose of the non-contaminated concrete and spoil. Form a concrete base to lift recess dimensions, fit reinforcing, supply and pour concrete as required. Fit shuttering and secure to the base, fit brake tester sump and level to existing floor. Drill and dowel existing floor around lift recess and brake tester sump, provide and pour concrete around the shuttering and sump and level off to existing floor with steel float finish. Remove all temporary supports and remove all equipment from site.
