We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly accept any defective item and most non-defective items.
However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 35% of the order. Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

Please note: Because of recent turbulence in the currency markets we reserve the right to amend prices prior to an order being placed in the event of a severe devaluation of the £. However we would normally contact you prior to shipping the goods.
